Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept Debit,Credit Cards and PayPal too.

Delivery

We deliver to the UK, Europe and Worldwide. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within seven working days.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs are per order, see charges below:

Purchasing

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filled. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Returns

DVDs cannot be accepted for exchange or refund, but faulty copies will be replaced, returned at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

After-Sales Services and Guarantees

Faulty DVDs will be replaced.
